A stay abroad has different phases

 You might have heard about the "culture shock" or have experienced one yourself already. A culture shock is something which occurs when staying in a different country and the person staying abroad is confronted with two different cultures: the own culture and the foreign culture. If the different foreign culture does not match to the own one, conflicts occur which are quite difficult to clarify. The result out of this is frustration. If frustration has reached a certain level, this is often called a "culture shock". When staying abroad, a culture shock usually occurs in the second phase of your stay.

The first phase is when you are excited and euphoric about the foreign culture because it is different. You are excited about the adventurous experiences you make. People going on holidays are staying only for a short time in a foreign country and often only experience this emotional state. The second phase comes after you have lived in the country for quite a while, now starting to experience problems with the language, the values and norms of the foreign culture.

After the second phase "culture shock", either the person living abroad adopts to the culture and gets a more positive perception of the foreign culture again or remains in the quite frustrated state until he returns to the home country again. If you have adjusted well to the foreign culture, there is a risk that you will have a "culture shock" when returning back to your home country again. Some people then don’t want to return to their home country anymore. Going abroad is always a good experience and it is said that the picture of the world gets broader.

This is the second time to studying abroad in the U.S. for me that is why I choose this article. Learning a new language is tough. But I believe that having communication is the most important in any relationships with English if you are here. Sometimes, I feel like I am talking English well, having good conversations with my friends native speakers, I can read and write English very well as they say but sometimes I don't because I can't... Possibly, you might have same problems as I do? Do not worry about it because I know that we will repeat it while our English will continue to improve!!

Again, now I want to know and learn about expression, way of thinking and "culture" it is too different that is why the article interested me. I have had a lot of experiences already since I came here in Hawaii. People are also nice and friendly. At the end, hold firm when you shake hands!! :)

I have no ideas!!... These are long, and affect us every day little by little even when we are sleeping. Today, is it impossible to avoid the waves?! Then now I have found some items or good ideas of anti-electromagnetic wave. Those items seem like favored by many athletes and celebrities. I have interested in the effects of the kinds of radiation for humans body because being healthy is priceless. (I can say that for all.) I sleep away from electronics, it is also a good way. I have heard that is a good way, too, to putting some 10￠/dimes to electronics, but I am really not sure about it yet. But one of my sisters does that, haha... That's it!! :)

What is the electromagnetic waves #1
